Scott Fisher is an incredibly upstanding human. Understanding that lawyers are paid by the hour, the fact that he spent the time on a consult call with me was reason enough to leave 5 stars. He also gave honest and fair advice. Navigating certain legal challenges as a business owner is incredibly daunting so receiving this level of service and care means everything. I had contacted many lawyers for my wrongful death case and they declined except one who helped us get started and then declined but sent us to Scott Fisher at the first meeting I knew he was the one to take on our case and amazingly against all odds he accepted. He proved to be very knowledgeable confident and when he spoke he never hesitated for words which was very impressive. He was very personsonally prompt in answering our calls or texts , answering all our questions. He also has maintained a team that was also very knowledgeable and helpful with our case. Not only did he reveal all the lies from the people each day we count on, he dealt a good and reasonable settlement, but the best thing he accomplished was the few rules set in place that could very possibly mean the difference between life and death in same position as my son.
